New Customer Specials

New customers are offered several different specials to choose from. Be sure and tell the office you speak to which one you would like to use. The Google special is not available for move in/out cleanings or gift certificates. You must ask for one of our Specials when you initially signup for service. You are not automatically placed on any of the existing Specials.

• A $10 off coupon for the first cleaning.
  OR
• A Google 20% off coupon for first time general cleaning customers.

Weekly and Bi-Weekly Special

Weekly and Bi-Weekly Cleaning:

• 10% discount.
• Cleaning may be Monday through Friday.
• Minimum time is 2 hours.
• Only for new customers.
• Note: Bi-weekly is twice a month.

Please Note:

• First house cleaning is at full price, less any coupons or specials.
• After the first cleaning all future house cleanings are given a 10% discount.
• We will honor the Monthly Special pricing for 1 year. After 1 year you will be charged the normal rate.

Monday Madness Special

Weekly and Bi-Weekly Cleaning:

• $28 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours.
• Cleaning must be on Monday.
• Only for new customers.
• Based on our availability.
• Note: Bi-weekly is twice a month.

• After the first cleaning all future house cleanings are $28 per hour.
