- First house cleaning is at full price, less any coupons.
- After the first cleaning all future house cleanings are given a 10% discount.
- We will honor the Monthly Special pricing for 1 year. After 1 year you will be charged the normal rate.
- You must ask for the Monthly Special when you initially signup for service. You are not automatically placed on the Monthly Special.
